Day 1: Arrival in Bali

Arriving in Bali is like stepping into a dream. From the bustling streets of Denpasar to the golden beaches of Kuta, every moment is filled with excitement and anticipation. Spend your first day exploring the local markets, sampling exotic fruits, and immersing yourself in the sights and sounds of this vibrant beach town.

Day 2: Explore Nusa Penida on a Full Day Tour

One of the highlights of my trip was the Nusa Penida Full Day Tour. From the inviting turquoise waters of Crystal Bay where you can do snorkeling to the breathtaking views of Kelingking Beach’s iconic T-Rex-shaped cliff, every stop was more mesmerizing than the last. Don’t miss climbing to the rugged cliffs of Broken Beach, the views are simply unmatched from this point.

Day 3: North Bali Tour

Spend this day exploring the spiritual ambiance of Ulun Danu Beratan Temple and capturing moments at the iconic Handara Gate in North Bali. One of the iconic things to do here is to watch the sunset over Tanah Lot, with its ancient temple perched on a rocky outcrop surrounded by the sea. Such a breathtaking beauty.

Day 4: Experience Ubud

The Kintamani Tour is a true adventure, an immersive journey into the heart of Bali’s natural wonders. Start your day with a breathtaking sunrise trek up Mount Batur, an active volcano and a very popular trek.

Head to the enchanting Tegenungan Waterfall for some picture-perfect moments and end your day with a visit to the iconic Tegalalang Rice Terraces. Here, you can walk through the magical rice terraces and make offerings to the Gods and visit ancient sculptures dating back to the 6^th century. We also met a local artisan. Taking a tour guide is a good idea here as they have many interesting stories to tell.

Head back to downtown Ubud to visit the Ubud palace, and go crazy shopping at Ubud Art Market for all things boho.

Day 5

Pack your bags, and head back to Denpasar for your journey back home. Handmade soap hampers, dream catchers, and boho cross-body sling bags are some of the souvenirs to pick at the airport, in case you missed picking in Bali.
